He won’t burden you with a bureaucratic paper mountain as he uses flow charts as the principal source of the manual and procedures and he follows a minimalist approach to the rest of the paperwork as called for in the standard.   Peter is also an experienced trainer so he is able to train companies on all aspects of ISO 9001:2000, and he is able to guide you right through the process including liaising with the chosen registration body…that is if you want to / need to register your system. Some companies set up a management system to provide better control of their processes and don’t intend to formally register the system.    Peter is registered with the IQA International Register of Certificated Auditors as QMS 2000 Lead auditor and still performs occasional audits for the UK’s leading registrar.
